You can't download a freakin sound mod with a program that works only with images, derp.
Find a tutorial on youtube...

Lol smart one. but when you work with IMG in the menu you do ( for Images mods ) Open > gta3.
but there is also Sounds and other stuff to open, so i thought maybe one of those.. i just hope its easy the same way as Images mods. i realy got to get lambo sound mod :D
