Vote to kick

I was reviewing topics on whats going on in the server since i left.
I was in-game for a game or two aswell, people where dming and everyone was getting pissed off so i came up with this

Vote to kick

Player-x has been dming for the past 10mins and theres no-admins.
8 votes are needed to kick the player.
Only one player has one vote.

It could come up like

Player A has voted to kick Player X : Reason - Dming.
Player X [One out of Eight votes to kick]

I f there is no admin at all thought but btw a other set of men from a clan that hate us come to our server and vote out all of our players well come on you should get the point

Votekick would get abused ALOT, like it did in MTA:VC.
