I downloaded and installed Mapper (SA map editor) and i edited a little bid my map in LS and i saved it in my SA registry. When i opened my SA to play it, it crashed. then i thought play SA:MP it crashed too. What do i do ? (pls dont tell me to uninstall it because it cant)

Reset the changes from the Mapper. If you cant do that, hope that you have backup of your game, since other and only way is to reinstall.  :roll:

Look all around the mapping program you got see if there is a backup or an undo option or something.  If not then I would say your pretty much out of luck.

If you don't have a back-up, maybe i can send you my map named maps, and you replace it with yours.
But you still have to wait until i'm home ( at school atm )
