Do you have experience as admin?:  Not really to be honest, however, I do know it takes up a lot of time, and can be stressful.  I would also have to maintain a good character, be patient, helpful, and keep in mind that I may need to miss a few Role Play situations just to handle something so everyone else can have a great time on this server.

Why do you want to be an admin?:  I have been playing on this server for about one year and a half (1 1/2 Years), and I've seen what excellent jobs some of our administrators can do.  I know they dedicate hours of time to their job, just to keep us, the players happy.  They are one of the main factors this server is where it is today, as without such an Administrative Team, the server and all of it's players would have been out of control by now.

I would like to take this opportunity to see just how it is to become an Administrator and to give back to the community of administrators, all they've helped with.  As you can see, I have been playing on 'Argonath RPG' for quite some time, but I have never once asked to become an Administrator.  However, now, I believe I would like to step up to the stand, and try my best at this position.  I believe I am willing to hold such responsibility in my bag pack.

I do know, that on the other side of such a position, there is a lot of fun, happiness, joy, and a real-life character gain in my qualities.  Gaining such a position would increase my mentality and characteristics as a person, for the better.  I have a great understanding of the English language and I can also understand a bit of Spanish as well as French.  However, I'm not the best at writing it, though, I can read it fluently.

I am also a very patient person, although, it can depend on the situation.  I know for such a status, I would need to keep my patience levels high no matter what, and I believe I can do that.  I am also a very helpful person, and I would like to believe that my Role Play is top notch.  I would be glad if a few players could reply to this statement with their points of views.  I have helped out many Cadets and new Players in the past, and I will continue to do so, wether I get this responsibility handed to me or not.

Allowing me to take up this job would help decrease the work load on our current Administrators.  I know for a fact, that I will always be ready and willing to perform my duties from the time I login to the server, till I logout.  I will be sure to also keep a strict mentality when needed, but also being soft, kind and charming when that's also in need.  I swear to never get angry at any Player for any reason at all and to always be of service to the community.

I would also keep in mind that becoming an Administrator does not give me any advantage over other Players what so ever, and that I will/should always be treated with equal respect as them.  Many seem to misjudge being an Administrator with having power, popularity and generally being respected more by the average Player.  However, I know for a fact, that this is not the case.  Being an Administrator, yes, does come with "power," but not in the way some people may see it.  It comes with the "power" to help other fellow Players, not to boss them around or give them attitude when they're interupting your Role Play or can't seem to understand what you're saying.  Being an Admnistrator does not make you more or less of a person, but simply puts you into the position where you should always be ready to jump into action and help out whenever needed.

I Been playing on the server for years, had some problems on it, but I have finally figured out what not to do. I have NEVER hacked, or glitched, I never even won big in the casinos when they were open in first scripts..I think I have proven byself these last few months, by being patient with new and old players alike, I hope to be chosen to be admin for next wave.

Also I am around on server when most admins are AFK, and I see a LOT of rulebreakers in San Fierro where I stay at on the server, I want to show then the error of rulebreakers ways, and teach new players how to play on Argonath and catch hackers and tell main admins about.

Do you have experience as admin?: Yes, I've been a admin at MTA:VC argonath server, and I am currently a admin/moderator at the ParUni Deathmatching SA:MP server.
Why do you want to be an admin?: Well, quite a few reasons.
1) I think of the admin status as being a positive thing, many admins say "Oh it's hard work" etc, I feel the more work there needs to be done the more fun it is..
2) Obviously, when you are a admin you recieve a lot more attention; I mean people will say 'hey' etc to you more which sounds appealing. :P
3) Helping players, I know that the main role of a admin is to HELP players. I see quite a lot of people think that being a admin is about banning hackers, and punishing everyone that breaks the rules. I think should be a lower priority then helping because if it wasn't for people helping us most of the server would not be here..
4) Fun - I think it would be a fun challenge for me to try and administrate such a large community, I have never done anything as big as this..

Do you have experience as admin?: Well, I was an admin on several servers, it helped me know lots of stuff about the admin power and how use it the proper way with out abusing it.
Why do you want to be an admin?: Few reasons,
1. I would like to become an admin because I love being admin and I love to help people who needs my help
2. I enjoy playing on Argonath server, and I would like to become one of the admins or best admins on one of my favorite servers.
3. I can do anything to the server / Players, I respect every single player no matter what, even if he is my hater or even if I dislike him.
4. I'm patient person,I'm very helpfull. I love to Roleplay a lot, also as I said before I can help anyone with anything they want me to help them with,I don't really like people to be mad at me, I always work hard for anything.
5. I didn't apply for admin just because its cool, I applied to become an admin to help the community.
6. I'm looking forward to become an admin on Argonath server, which is was my dream / goal that I think I can achieve.

Why do you want to be an admin?:Well, i wanna assist the community with learning and teaching new people things. Not by kicking them etc, but explain them how it works, if they do not want to listen or follow the rules after we have epxlained them, i would take action.
I also would like to become admin, due i wanna keep ll players on the rails, and i wanna help keeping everything under control. And if a hacker would join, get him out of the server.

Short: i wanna become admin, to help the community, helping to prevent hackers ''attack'' us. I wanna educate new players when they do someething wrong, and i wanna keep regulars (and all other players) on the rails and make sure they follow the argonath rules.

being an admin is about helping people, not to drill them in the gorund with mistakes they make

I know what is an Abuse and whats not. I will try my best to give the rule breaker, the proper punishment according to the "abuse" he as done. Do you have experience as admin?: Yes, I have much experience as an admin being on many other servers of SAMP and other games such as CSS, Westwood Online and some forums.

Why do you want to be an admin?:Well, as playing on Argonath RPG, I have met many people with problems but many times theres no admins and when some people with a different timezone play, i want to make sure there going to be helped by an administrator. Argonath RPG is a wonderfull community and I want to help Argonath better since there always room for improvements. Even if I dont achieve admin status everyone can still count on me for helping since there always a next time. Theres always a main thing to be an admin, its Patience and I know my patience is excellent, I will wait and wait until  the proper truth, I want to help the people who report and the people who get reported to let them know whats wrong and whats the rules, a kick can solve the reporters problem but what if the reported doesnt get it, I think i want everyone to be happy and learn mistakes and remember to not do it again or let others...

Do you have experience as admin?: I was Admin on a DM server once, but its driffrent in RP server
Why do you want to be an admin?: First, i want to help new players, arround server and give them some tips of how to Role Play because its hard for someone who is used to a DM server and start to RP, like i did. Allso i would like to help them to get passports and driver license

2nd: Im tierd of the Hackers i want all the hackers banned, thats why i can help.

3rd: Many of the old admins has resigned because of ''to much work'' But i think i can help a little bit to ''clean'' up some hackers and rulebreakers and make Argonath better ( someone says admins are doing a bad work ) and i think it will be fun try something new (admin on RP server)

4th: if i become admin i will do my best to try make it safer ( make sure that a hacker dosent TP to you and kill you and keep do it )

5th: You get more attention as admin

6th: Beeing admin on DM server isnt same as on RP server, on DM server i mostly look out for hackers :P so it will be diffrent on RP.

7th: I have done bad things in past, been banned two times.. ( one of the banns was mistake by Carbon ) and as admin i became more mature and got patience (on the DM server )

8th: I think it will be quite big challenge to be admin on ArgonathRPG but i think i can make it :P ( if i become one. )

9th: Listening to players and help them with questions and stuffs. ( some admins dosent have time fo that)

How long do you play Argonath RPG?: Started playing Argonath around October 2007 on MTA:VC Server, moved to SA:MP.
How much time you can spend on server?: Weekdays - Around 17:00 CET to 03:00 CET       Weekends - Around 13:00 CET to 04:00 CET.
Your Country: United Kingdom (Timezone is GMT, but I play at times where there are no admins in the night a lot)
Do you have experience as admin?: Yes. Paruni SA:MP server admin.
Why do you want to be an admin?:

I have a plethora of reasons to become an admin here.

I exemplify the new player who became admin theory. I mean, anyone can become an admin, but you will find it hard to find players who learn the rules so quickly.  For me, its no good playing from the start of SA:MP, if you only come online for ten minutes every six months. I have played around 200 hours so far(14 hours 25 minutes as Violet,19 hours 12 minutes as a Corleone trial, and 132 hours and 25 mins as full Corleone member + my other euphemisms),a sign that I am devoted to the cause.
 
I do play here at a time, where there is not a lot of admins, a maximum of 2, and sometimes even they are AFK or busy with another report, so I cannot do anything really to help a player who just joined and does not yet realise that this is not a Deathmatch server, however many times I tell the player in /l that this is a roleplaying game server. When I am playing all these long hours, I pick up a lot of things about the server, such as the things new players like. (Weapons, Where to be a cop, what jobs are there on server.)Using the spectate function, I could help the players, as it is hard to do so without this, as a lot of players are not english so will not understand my english on main chat, which brings me on to my next point.

I realise that the servers players are not all english as this is a global server, and I think that my language skills in French, German, Urdu/Hindi, Spanish and Italian would come in extremly useful. As a result of the lack of admins playing at later times, it is often faster for me to type 'This is an international server, please use English in chat' than for an admin to realise that a foreign llanguage is being used, as the very small number of admins at that time are too preoccupied, if there were any admins online, and often there are not.

I am not applying to become admin so that I can receive greetings from the server, whoever I roleplay with usually does that anyway. I am willing to sacrifice my time, for the improvement of the server, and am more than happy to prove that I can handle responsibility and admin power , even though I have proved to be an excellent member of the management teams of Madd Doggs Security and also the Corleone Mafia, which this to an extent. I think that what the admin team is looking for is an admin who doesn't just jump to the /warn,kick,ban, but somebody who will negotiate with players and try and make them comprehend the style of roleplay that is followed here. I do this very well in the Paruni admin feel free to ask Lavamike, Cane and Tai, admins here about this. In addition to this, I am friends with quite a few admins here already, and becoming an admin here, would make my life in Argonath change certainly, I believe for the better.

It was around five or six weeks ago, that I felt that the time was right for me to try and become an admin, but understanding that the admin applications are closed, I waited, till this day. In many ways I do the responsibilities of an admin, such as helping new players register, teaching players how to speak in public and local chat, introducing a new player to the Argonath Style of particular roleplay ( my expertise : Mafia,Security, Driver,medic), also raising awareness for the forums, so that new players can have more knowledge about the server that they play on.

Furthermore, there are countless new players, who I have introduced the drug roleplay here to, even people who are now Straccis, as I consider helping people a completely different role from my regular roleplaying. Being an admin would mean that I can prevent deathmatching, unlike now where I just have to try and explain to players that their actions are against the server rules. Similarly, I have shown many new players how to become cops. Whilst driving around with new people, I usually explain to them the rules, and because they like me, due to me giving them a free ride, they respond by following the rules and using the appropriate commands.

 I have gained considerable knowledge from admins that I know personally and my friends, such as Cane, Carbon, MrMe, Mafs,Tai, Luigi, Daniel, Gimli, cDa, Didrik, Pups and Lavamike. I know that no two admins are the same, and recognise the fine line between excellent admin judgement and to be frank, abuse. I would work as hard as any admin to ensure that every player gets the most out of Argonath RPG, and enjoy it as much as I do.

I have never been banned here, and do not intend to do so. Every relationship is a give and take one. I have taken a lot from this community and am adamant to return the favour.Becoming an admin here will be a valuable life skill to me and help me with me future prospects. From the admin work I have done at Paruni, I would enjoy being an admin, something I hope to become, serving this community in a different way.

Why do you want to be an admin?: I feel that I see rulebreakers and I can enforce many things that other people don't catch. I consider myself an active and regular member to the server, and as an admin I could contribute even more than I already do.
