Yes but all people are different. Even though Panda has only been playing for a short amount of time, he is a brilliant role player but for some people this may not be the case. I will continue to monitor applicants to confirm if they are good enough to be an ~XS~ member.

Dave... Have you even spoke to panda over TS?... He has just joined 3 weeks ago, he is a GOOD role player. He doesn't flame I've never heard him flame at all.

Ohhhhh You're on about Evidence... Ahhh well Panda is a good role player but I said that I would monitor Evidence before recruiting him. I would only recruit him if he changed for the better.
 :ps: Panda isn't Evidence... I speak to Panda on TS nearly every night and I used to speak to Evidence every night also before he got banned (I didn't know he got banned.)
