Well, I only just started playing SA:MP and I've only just brought myself to allow Panda to recruit new MTA:VC players. You still could have a leadership of the ~XS~ clan but that would mean leaving =AV= but I'm not telling you what to do. I also brought myself to resign as a moderator on MTA:VC so I can now play SA:MP without worrying about my responsibility in MTA:VC.

All applicants will be monitored for such things as rule breaking before they are even considered for being accepted. You seem like a new player so you may have a lot to learn before you are worthy of being an Xtr3m3 St0rm clan member. However, like I said... Ask ~XS~Panda to monitor your performace so he can give feedback to me.
