There could be an easy way to fix this which I don't know of, but...

My external harddrive used to be know as drive (F:), but then it randomly changed to (H:) meaning that a lot of my songs in playlists do not play (I have 1000's which I use to DJ with). When I go to My Computer, there is no "F" drive in use, and if I unplug/plug back in the HD it still becomes the "H" drive...

So are there any ways to make it go back as the "F" drive?

control panel >> administrative tools >> computer management >> disk management >> rightclick the H drive >> click "change drive letter and paths" >> make it "F" >> done. :)
