Change Animated News

The animated news up top for the main forum page states this in one of it's ads:

Download SA:MP 0.2.2 R3 update.

Upon checking here, you will notice that this is way out of date. The current version is SA-MP 0.2X Update 1.

My suggestion, being obvious, is to change this so it is correct.

I also think the link should go to the SA-MP download page, not our own, in the event that it does not stay up-to-date, just like now.
