My game tends to crash quite an amount (5 times every day)

Is there a reason for this, and am I able to fix it?
It also usually happens when i'm logged in for 30+ minutes, It can go right after the 30 minutes or it can be in 3 hours.

Please help :(

Well we all have crashes so there is nothing realy you can do... you can turn off some background programs(msn,skype,xfire...),sometimes it helps..
