I like Tomiax's 2nd production the most so far, but the texts could be in different places.

Could you maybe try putting POLICE in the top, ARGONATH RPG in the circle and DEPARTMENT to the bottom, so we'll see how it looks?
Or if you were able to do several different variations with texts in different places, that would be great.

Somebody could also try making a logo, which is close to the following NYPD plaque (or just try Googling for "police plaque" etc.), since its describing for the whole department generally, unlike the badge ones, which represent some specific member of the department in real life.
