Lol, Uranium is not harmless, it can be naturally more radioactive then an average Plutonium isotope. And I was in a roadtrain WITH a trailer, not a car. And the only reason to transport Uranium in metal containers if it has been refined, purified, or recently bombarded with neutrons to either increase or decrease mass. Otherwise Uranium does not require a license or any special container to transport. And as far as this situation goes, Andy is right lol, how do you RP such a situation? I think, as I said above lol, the ARPD should outline how to react and respond when coming upon materials that may be hazerdous to public safety. Anyway keep in mind, Plutonium was at one point ITSELF Uranium. Anyway lol  .
