Do you think, admins gonna seek the IP on SAMP client.
Then see what server it is, come back and then ban.
Most time, the advertiser is already left.

And about your 'hacks' issue.
Look at [AV]Linux, he got banned for that.

Admins need to find proof when they want to ban a player, can be due hacks or due massive rulebreak.
But if you say: "/me turns on hphack" , then it's directly a valid evidence for admins and then no research is needed.
So, relly a very stupid joke and I though people learned since [AV]Linux' ban.

And about Rafael's ban, waghhaha :P :cool: :rofl:
