There is a CB Channel that can see anything said in all other CB Channels, and is also capable of broadcasting to all other channels. Yes. That means even CB Channels are watched.

And as a result, anyone who thinks they can use the CB Channel to shit Managers / Developers / Owners and et cetera has to revise their mindset.

During a random discussion, I recalled how I almost flipped a Police Ranger while I was doing training because of my epicly bad driving habits (wasn't an exam, made a mistake) as an SAPD Cadet with Pancher :P
