Ok, everyone here post your opinions, as long as it is not something like "omg brad u dint get in av stoop craying".  I dont give two (censored) about AV. But this is how my story goes....

I happily logged onto my laptop, and booted up MTA, clicked onto my favourite servers and onto Argonath RPG deathmatch.  I logged in and looked down the list, said hi to Mary and Smiley, Mary replied, Smiley, however, ignored me.  I clicked start game and waited for it to load, I get in, pick the sailor skin and decide, noone is wanted, Il give the cops something to do.  I take the bike from the boat and ride north, I think, well if I want susses, I better dom something wrong, so I went off to find a cop, I found one, and was about to start speeding, when I read the name, I notice its smiley, I had no idea why he wasnt replying, and look up to the chat window.

"You have been warned by =AV=Smiley for driving on the wrong side of the road."

I asked him why he warned me, and didnt suss me, like he should have becuase nowhere in the Argo rules does it say "No road Violations"  and he starts getting annoyed, so I drive off and leave it.  a few minutes later, still on the bike, I drive to starfish, See him making a roadblock, and drive around it...  Smiley says "You are ****ing me off" and warns me for crashing into his roadblock.  So I decide, hes annoyed about something, better leave him.  So I drive off, around the roadblock again, and towards sunshine autos, When I get there, I get off my bike and walk in, suddenly T r o j a n says "Smiley, someones wrecked your roadblock"  and instead of checking whats going on, Smiley kills me, then bans me for no reason.

Smiley then gets me taken from my AV trial for no reason, and tells everyone im annoyed about that.

I hope you guys realise, I am pointing something out, and I can easily go on another server, I have got friends in many of them.

In the topic you started yesterday, I replied with how it looks from when we see the logs. I can understand you are upset, from the point of view of the story you put here. The thing is that you were already flaming on server, and started out flaming here.
If you can learn not to get pissed off so fast and talk with admins and other without swearing, I am sure that it will be a lot easier to get things resolved. Especially on MTA we try to keep the language clean.
On SA:MP we allow more, but even there we want to keep swearing limited to roleplay, if we are not disturbed too much

I dont recall swearing at anyone directly in the past .. say year or so. Last one i swore to was probably RON when he tempbanned me many years ago

^ Which is true because not only were you on the wrong side you rammed me on purpose and speed off with your Cheetah

^ You where the one who crashed into it a second time. Either im really blind and my doctor is a retard and misread my eye exam results or you actually really did. I killed you yes and then the car you rammed with stopped.  My reason for the 5 minute ban was that you were ruining the game for me and aswell all of the cops online then.

^I took you away from =AV= because you were creating drama and you were not listening to any of the admins online then. You have no respect for anyone and you didnt before either. I doubt you ever even read the rules or guides. Aswell i did not tell anyone anything about it except a posted a note for Decy so he could take you off the trail list for the =AV= Topic.

All i have to say is your welcome back whenever you want but i expect an apology towards everyone. Grow up and start acting like a man .. not a nagging whining child
