Do you fit all the requirements ( Scroll up to read )?: Yes! Although, for VC:MP, passports and driving licenses aren't available yet. Will definitely get them when this feature is opened.

Yes, they are both individual.
This one belongs to White Shadows and the other one belongs to Argonath Veterans.

AVDS dont belong to Argonath Veterans Clan :D

And you still never got an permission to give out license and to be true not even Dexter Klaus or Rusty can give it...
normaly giving out license is supposed to be job of admins and that u can do it you need the permission :P
