{Searching} Program to convert videos.

Hello.

I am looking for a program that is able to convert videos.
AVI and FLV is the formats I mostly use, that needs to be converted into MP4.
The videos I need to convert is to be watched on my phone.
So the program needs the right funtions, resolution (pixels) for a phone, and the right formats. 
I got a Samsung U900, a bit unsure about its resolution, but I am thinking it's 240 x 320 ?
All the converted videos that I have transfered into my phone, cant be watched as it say "Wrong resolution" or something like that.
No clue why, as I have tried almost all resolutions...
But try to do some research, and give me the resuslts you find
And I dont really care if the program is a trial version, as I am definetly going to "purchase" it if it works

Don't pay for anything!! WM Converter is the one I use to convert to MP4 to Avi or vice versa. FLV also works, though I use Panzera to convert FLVs to AVIs

Anyway, yet there is none that fitted on my phone.
But. I found a program that can download videos from YouTube, and then directly convert the video to MP4 etc.
This downloader/converter works perfectly, also on my phone.
So it could be nice to find such program without downloader, only converter, as not all my videos comes from YouTube.
I have no clue for how to check what specs this downloader use to convert, like resolution, frames and such...
Does anyone have the power to check what this downloader/converter use to convert MP4?
We can start to try getting as much information about it as possible, and then find a program that's able to convert on the same way

What do you mean? The link works normally.. Just extract the rar file, and open the program?
