The internet affects your ping, but it shouldn't affect your game performance.

This is a long shot, but do you have any idea if your GPU is overheating and do you use a laptop?

I really dont know whats GPU? Nah i dont use laptop.

GPU stands for graphics processing unit, as in your graphics card. In the event that it overheats too much, it may force itself to under perform until it cools down, but if there's a problem with the cooling, it'll stay like that.

If you want to see if your GPU is overheating, you need to get a temperature monitoring software like Everest, though that's not free. There are some free ones, but I'm not sure on the names, so you'll have to google some.

You should check both. Play ingame for a while, then Alt+Tab out and check the readings.

I only see CPU in the motherboard, So i check the temperatures?

If there's a problem, it's most likely the GPU, but if you can't see the GPU, then you should check the options or maybe your graphics card doesn't have a sensor. What graphics card do you have? I've read that speedfan should show the GPU, but I don't know first hand because I use other programs (I've tried programs before that were meant to show the GPU, but for some reason only showed the CPU). I have pc wizard though (free) and that one shows the GPU.

I did some googling and apparently, some people with your graphics card can't see the temperature from Speedfan either, so either try PC Wizard or try ATI Tool (since it's from ATI, I'm assuming it'd be more reliable).
