Ingame lags

I have ingame lags , Its like when i stand near alot of people or cars my game lags and it runs slow but not only that(all time lagging)..so hard to move..I tried to put the resolution low but didnt help, If anybody know what shall i do please tell me.

When playing, do you have a lot of programs still running in the background? Windows Live, WinAmp etc?

I only run xfire while im playing but xfire doesnt matter, because i tried to play without xfire but still lagging :S.

Nah the lags started like 5 days ago.

Around when this started happening, did you install any new software or change any of the system/graphics settings?

Hmm..from 2 weeks ago i didnt install anything, But this lag started suddenly. And I only got GTA San Andreas on my computer xD, That means my computer is clean and not full, so why its lagging?

Can you run the game, then Alt+Tab out, Ctrl+Alt+Delete (Ctrl+Shift+Delete for Vista) to your task manager and screen shot all the processes, like this.

I know this , I do it everytime when i open my computer .

I remove the things in system too? ( In task manager).

What do you mean "remove the things"? :trust:

If by that you mean ending the processes, don't end something if you don't know how it effects your system, especially the system ones.

If your talking about the screen shot, I'd rather see everything.

I mean i end the process, But when i start my computer i end all of things like MSN,Skype etc and only i keep explorer and my antivirus.

In that case, I wouldn't recommend touching the system processes.
