WTFFFF! Your server was hacking into my PC?!! LOOK!

Hi all, i was on the argonath server in SA-MP when this popped up. It is the server IP and I am not impressed. Here is a pic for proof. I dont know whether this was the server owner, or someone off of the server. Now whenever I join, i crash before i get to the login screen.

Please fix this

Isn't it usual that it scans for open ports?

Also, that proofs nothing about hacking..

Server scans ports to get connection from server to client.
Otherwise you wont be able to connect, because everything is going through port.

The server is not hacking you, dont be scared.

And secondly, I also do not understand the fun of it.

GamerDude, I suggsest you put the IP onto an exception list.

Second, I assume you have little or no knowledge at all about Security, and how ports works.
(Well i'm not some mr high guy, but I sure do know stuff)
Anyways, do as I said and it will be fine.
Alternativly, turn off that program while playing at Argonath servers.

As for information, I know dudes that have been playing here since it started, and sure they have not got any "hacked", nethier have I.

And third, change the Subject please, not a nice way to complain or have questions by typing such a immature subject.

We do no hack PC's.
If you wish to be completely free of port scans, take your PC off internet.

As said, in order to see the actions of players the server has to send data to your PC. This is not a port scan or malicious data.
If the firewall blocks incoming data, the SA:MP client crashes.

Make an exception, and all will be ok.

First of all, as Gandalf already stated above, in order to connect to the server, it must scan your port (this occurs via the SA:MP client) and establish a connection for data transmission.

Secondly, from what I can see on the picture, I could reckon that what appears to you is some kind of a firewall that informs you of which program is attempting to access your port's traffic.
You should not worry, there are certain security protocols in the SA:MP client and those ensure the safety of your computer while you are playing in any server. Such direct hacks are not possible, or if possible, not easy.
