I dunno might be something to do with virtual drives, but my MFing dvd rom drive aint being detected by windows, im getting very pissed off as i really wanna play Lego Creator Which i only have on CD, i suppose, i could download it, but i want my MFing dvd rom to be detected,

Its on IDE Port 2, MS-7030 Mobo (MSI), windows XP pirate edition (No SP's) and the dvd rom is as Asus DRW-1608P2

Any help please? D)

There is a driver to delete. Check under DVD/CDRO stations... click the + and there it will be. If it is not....either it is not connected (loose cable) or it is disabled in BIOS.

Nope nothing G, all cables are fine, BIOS has been reverted to default, still nothing, No drivers for it :

Wooo, fixed!!!
Swapped to IDE port 1, Fucked around with the cable, almost killed my processor (Forgot the heatsink fan plug thank fuck for Modern PC's, wouldnt start x)  )
