You're IC story:

Alvaro Mendez was born in the big city Monterrey in the year 1987, Mexico. He grew up with his mother Elena, she worked as an english teacher at Alvaros' school, and was committed to teach her youngest son everything she knew about the language. Alvaros father Rogelio worked for the local police department, but during the six years of hard work he never got his deserved advancement. A shootout with a group of youths was the end of his career. Rogelio survived the attack, but got heavily wounded and must sit in a wheelchair. Alvaros second oldest brother Ruben was a pupil of a well known private school in Monterrey. The family wasn't rich, but the parents saw that Ruben had potential so they invested alot of money in his education. And they did right: Ruben Mendez is now a well known physicist on an university in Mexico city. Alvaros oldest brother Ricardo was always the big and strong one. In the age of 19 he joined the policeacademy in Monterrey and is now serving the same local police department as his father did. The parents were happy and didn't expect another son, but they should.

It was just the wrong moment. Elena and Rogelio hadn't alot of money, as they had to invest alot in Ruben and Ricardo. It was enough for the first 14 years of Alvaros life, but then his father had to stop his work, the big problem came up: What we will do with Alvaro? The parents had no idea and the only way out of this misery was to send Alvaro to his uncle who lived in Los Santos. Alvaros parents organized a bustrip to the city Tijuana, from there Alvaro was taken to Los Santos by a motorboat. The boat transported people from the westcoast of Mexico to the westcoast of the USA, no matter if a passenger had a passport or not.
When Alvaro arrived, his uncle hugged him and took him to his big flat in the downtown of L.S. There Alvaro spent another nine years and visited the school, as he was able to speak english from the first day. His uncle offered him a job as a taxidriver, and he accepted the job.

Alvaro used to hang around with a few friends and walk along the streets of the huge downtown, to play some basketball at a grotty court, and to sell some dope behind his uncle's back. Alvaro didn't like his current job, so he worked as a little drugdealer to gain some more money. It was never enough as he wasted the money on jewelry and food most of the time. The customers were all shady mexicans. Some of them just bought the dope to sell it, some were just addicted to it. Alvaro released that he didn't like this job more than being a taxidriver, especially because he almost got stabbed by a so called "crackhead" who threatened him with a knife to steal his weedbags. Alvaro discontinued his dealing, he thought his uncle will feed him through his life anyway, but he thought wrong.

Just a few days ago Alvaros uncle got a call from his wife, he sadly had to go back to Monterrey because of some private things for a few years. Alvaro didn't earn enough money to take over the appartment, but his uncle disposed a smaller flat in El Corona to Alvaro which he saved for a rainy day. He had to take the chance, else he would be homeless now. Impressed of the latin culture down in South LS, Alvaro enters his new home. Let's see what happens next..
