As Mike is a member of my group I have known for a little while that he is gay and I for one take offence to those homophobic remarks because I understand like a lot of people do that gay people have done nothing wrong and shouldn't be mistreated or singled out in society.

Mike, I think I remember you saying a few times that certain players were offending you in some ways. If any of them do offend you then contact me in particular and I'll talk to that certain individual...

Also report them, if the logs are checked and they come out positive then that guy is in a lot of trouble
