Hi guys I need support with buying a new PC. I am going to get a new PC this year because I am sick and tired of the one I'm using now.

The computer I am thinking of getting will have  4GB DDR2 800mhz (2x 2GB), NVIDIA GeForce 9500GT 1GB.
I can choose between an AMD Sempron LE-1250, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ AM2, or I can choose (on a different motherboard) Intel Celeron Dual Core E1400, Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200.

Now I don't want you to say which is best because I can probably tell that it's going to be the Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200. I want you to tell me which would be the best VALUE and be able to run most games good.

Prices:
AMD Sempron - Included in price of PC
Intel Celeron Dual Core - Included in price of PC
Intel Pentium Dual Core - Add £19.30
AMD Athlon - Add £23.20

The website I am on is www.DinoPC.com My budget is about £275 for just a tower. I don't need a large hard drive, 160gb will do or even 80gb as I already have lots of HDDs. I need a very good GFX card (must be NVIDIA) and 4GB RAM. I need it to be within my budget and be brilliant at running games, I'd like it to be able to run Flight Simulator X well.

:ps: I'll give 50k in-game money to the person that finds me the best one on a UK-based website!

9500GT will manage the games..

Can you tell me the GHz speed of them CPU's?

EDIT: Just checked the site. (I've bought quite a lot of stuff from there acctually :P)

Anyway, that Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 will do fine.

Thanks Wash. That's what I think I'll be going for at the moment.

so you going to get a nVidia 9500GT 1Gb.. how much would be the price difference to upgrade from the 9500Gt to the 9600GT 1Gb??
the reason im asking is there is ,
from what ive heard a large performance difference between the 9500GT and the 9600GT and the 9600GT outperforms the 9500GT by far.. another thing is ,

my friend who had a 9500GT has had a few problems with his card, overheating, drivers not being recognised and other card related issues like game graphics getting bugged and other problems..

Mafs has an 9500GT. He can play any game he likes really.. and he hasn't had any bugs or anything I believe..

PS: The difference is like an 100 quid, which can blow someone's budget into bits..

Yep :)
I play COD4, Spore, Burnout Paradise City, Unreal Tournament 3 and some other random games like GunZ which doesn't really have graphics..

Anyway, for the price it's a good card. It doesn't need an additional 4 or 6 pin connector, which is a plus if you don't have the budget to get a hightech power supply.
If you can afford you should go for the 9600GT, but if that means that you will have to cut that off the processor and other things I wouldn't recommend it.

So CPU, PSU, Motherboard and RAM always come first ;) Because you don't want your CPU to bottleneck your graphic card, meaning you can't use your graphic card to it's fullest.

Good luck :)
