Computer wont Turn on

ok im going to use a term here

Turn over, the fan wont Turn after i put the Cord in the PSU

There hasnt been any thing thats blown, all switchees are correct.

Al cords are in and in the correct place

It has happend before, but only after it has been off for a couple of days, i just restarted and it wont turn back on.
Next week ill get a new PSU but i want u guys to throw Ideas at me just in case it isnt

About fan: You sure the cable and connector are fine? Check if they aren't damaged.
And which fan is not spinning? If it's the CPU fan, maybe it should be connected to the motherboard and not the PSU...

Aside that, check if the power cable (from the socket in the wall to the PSU/computer back) is connected fully. My friend had troubles with his PC shutting down because his power cable wasn't plugged in fully. Probably it got half-unplugged while moving to connect something.

Maybe the fan is damaged?

Maybe it doesn't have any grease, or it's obstructed by something...

Fan is fine, Spins Correctly

Check that none of your power cable pins are loose/melted/overheated. On my old PC I had the power cable to my graphics card partially burn one connector pin because of it overheating (shitty ATI cards fault).
