Give us more info. How to fill your unban reguest you can see here. At least what you must do is to search who banned you and for what. For that use Ban Database. Also are you sure this was Permban? Maybe you got Tempbanned for some limited time?

Ok,This is what happened.Today He was Rulebreaking [Reson:Deathmatching]He was warned multiple of times But he did not say anything and just keep disobeying is so Rusty Banned him for 10mins.So i think soon you will be unban.It is only 10mins =/

Seems like you was Tempbanned. So there is no reason for making this topic as you ar automatically unbanned after that time what admin decided to put for ban time.
