they cant just normally RP, they only talk with bullets

even if you are a suspect, thats not a reason to shoot down all cops,
if a cop isnt part of the RP/chase do not shoot him,
dont chase cops thats pure DM, suspects should run away to escape,
staying is also good, but turning running into chasing cops is bad and DM
