Set up RP situations rather than improvise... dunno how to explain it in details.

Do some original crimes, that other groups don't do. Vandalism, or pick-pocketing.

Ronn – I admire the courage you are taking to face the Argonath demons that have been violently barking from all four corners of the room. I’m also pleased that you took my advice to appropriately approach the community and seek constructive feedback on how the Cems could be improved.

I’m pleased with the amount of work that has gone into the Cems, and clearly this once benefited the community; however with the recent deterioration in RP and the failure on behalf of the Cem’s leadership to condemn RP malpractice led to the tarnished reputation you present today.

Despite this, I strongly believe that you have the ability to change yourselves and in turn your group. From the recent observations I’ve carried out – I’ve seen weak leadership credentials displayed on many occasions and therefore in accordance with that, I suggest you appointed a accredited and endorsed admin such as Gimli for example to the board of control over the Cems.

This will allow appropriate governance and ensure that the Cems are following core compliance requirements to continue as a group.
Apart from this, recruitment should be tightened up and the majority of the members that the Cems retain should be disposed of based off feedback. I also believe that you should have a restriction on how many members you have, and this should not only apply to you – but all the gangs and families of Argonath. This will ensure that only the top tier of RPers make it into gangs, which will encourage people to improve their RP drastically.

Apart from a admin the presiding at the helm of the Cems, and the stricter control over recruitment – I feel that the Cems have the correct foundations to go forward and restructure this establishment into one of the most admired and prestigious RP groups to apply for.

Message for you. Do not compare Corleone to Cems. We are not a gang of any sort, and we have not resorted to making a topic ASKING the community for help,

because we do not need it, and Im sure most of the community agrees.

Prove that you mean what you say, kick your fellow leader and his brother just like you would if it was any other Cems member.

Trust me, it will improve your image hugely, after all, as leader you were banned for /q abuse in the early Cems days, I dont think

Cems will survive, if the other leader is banned.

Observe your members carefully before you recruit them, and make a system where you watch them, teach your members to follow the rules, yesturday, one of your members was running around doing things, I went to a car that was empty, near the LSPD parking, and he starts shooting me, saying my car, and he was really no where near it, thats one thing they need to learn.

I seem to remember while doing undercover work of being asked within 10 minutes of joining server if I wanted to be in Cems.
Advise you stop this as you cannot be certain if the guy you just got is dmer or not, they can say anything as they so new..

I personally would try to look at the members' behaivour, and try to improve it if they are doing something wrong. There are a lot of people which may need some improvements in their acts. You may ask other people too, to check their behaivour when no one is looking at them.

Another fact that annoys me when I try to make a traffic stop on police duty against a Cems member, it is that after they evade me and get suspected, a wave of five or more Cems members come at me and interfere or start shooting at my car when they may not be involved in the roleplay. Other fact is, usually, whatever crime has been commited by a Cems member ends up in a shootout with the police; I feel it is wrong, because I don't see much of a point in killing a cop because you evaded them, you could have just stopped for a bit, and keep on doing what you were doing!

Other thing that makes Cems look bad is the recruitment of new, unexperienced players. Sometimes they come from Deathmatch servers, and they may just learned what roleplay means, and how to roleplay. As you have a fairly amount of members now, I would advise to recruit Argonath regulars, known people in the server.

I am happy to see that you want to improve your gang after what happened, I wish you good luck improving it as long as you work hard trying to.

1- Choose your members well, as i see Cems is quantity, no quality.
2- Try to stop the whining in main chat when you are killed (not only Cems, other gangs/mafias do the same aswell), if you feel that you got abused, /report is your best friend.
 Dunno what else should i say, as im not fully concern of what you guys do.
