Should I Give Up ?(Can Any1 give me the |Direct Link| where he got sa-mp )

Ive been having this error from like 5-6 days, and i tried EVERYTHING to try and fix it

What Did I Try:
-Re-Installed SA-MP 4-5 Times
-Re-Installed GTA+SA-MP
-Re-Installed Xfire ( I did anything that time i just wanted to play XD )
-Turned FireWall off
-Turned my Anti Virus Off/ checked if its blocking SA-MP/GTA
-Posted My Problem On SA-MP Forums But no1 respond, anyway i hate them.
-Turned My Router Off for 2 mins
-Called My Int. Con. Provider ( Or dunno what you call it ) He said the connection is going to be fixed Today ( the connection was slow )and its fixed all work GREAT just SA-MP
-Tried to Hack SA-MP Forums so they respond ( they didn't ) | Kidding, my friend accualy did that :P |
ANYWAY
ANy Other Solution
or should i just give up and go to the BIG PART | Formating My Pc |?

Sounds like it's your firewall in the router that is blocking..
 Other firewalls? Anti-Virus/Windows Firewall .

Error Was:
When I open SA-MP its like im opening it with No Connection: No Internet/Hosted or Original Servers Shows up and Favorites Servers are all 9999 ping and 0/0 players

1. Check your computer connection.     should be no problem as u can still post on forum.
2. Check weather if u install  Correct samp 2.2X version , if u installed 2.20 , that's why u see 9999 ping. which i strongly believe that is the reason. 
3. If u can play Single player , that's no use to format your computer.

Uninstall GTA + SA:MP

And then remove everything that has with GTA SA to do with.  Like the old GTA SA folder, the player data in my documents etc.
Then install GTA + SA:MP again. It worked for me.

Well i don't think so, i check my anti-virus and Firewall but i don't think that's the Reason,anyway i will check again, thanks ^^

Yes.

Try everything they said, on the last one try reinstalling Windows. If that doesn't work, it's either you did something wrong, your PC is crap or God told you not to play SAMP forever.

Lol, im sure its nothing with my pc, ive been playing SA-MP for like 3 years... ^^
But just waiting for an other about me replying on Charz's Reply ( LOL )

Start by NOT using that font and those colors.

Can you play other multiplayer games? Like CS, WoW, ..? Are you using a router to connect to the network?

It could be that something is blocking the ports. For example: standard HTTP (internet) uses port 80, but multiplayer games uses other ports, like 7777 and so on. So that can explain why you still got access to the internet.

It doesn't say "0.2X Update 1" on mine, but I don't know the difference :p

The "Update 1" was actually a critical update for Vista users.. have you tried with the normal version since you got XP?
