If it worked before (with your current client), it should still be working now. Do you have a second PC were you can try it on?

my dad got his laptop but anyway ill say No because i tried it there, the laptop only take original disks * or sum * i got the copy... :P

P.S:I don't think its about the client version because 0.2X didn't work either...

Ill tell you how this happened,
From like at least 3 weeks it was my last sunday on the pc because i was going to study for exams, so i stoped playing then last saturday i re-started to play but it just didn't work when i left it, it was fine so i don't know what happened

Can you access with multiple computers at the SAME time your internet at home?

If yes, you got a router. Maybe you can ask your family if they changed anything to it, during those three weeks. Your router can be blocking the ports to play on SAMP, or has a build in firewall.

Nah i just asked them, nothing changed But anyway i know this might not help but i made my mind 99% i will format my pc tomorrow, if it was blocked from any program then it will be unblocked, i won't try to do anything anymore, format may not help but i won't loose anything since i only got sa-mp installed here ( GTA and SA-MP ), but if u can help me before i format it please do ^^ ill appreciate it

Try the following:

For anyone who has a problem connecting to any of our servers:

Open command prompt (black screen with C:\>)
Type:
Tracert 89.149.251.147 (for VCMP use the VCMP server IP)

You will get as result all connections that the internet makes to reach the server.
If the result  is not 'ok' but 'timeout' try:
1. To call your provider helpdesk and send them the result, asking them where is the problem.
2. PM the result to me (do NOT post it in open forum) and I will get back to you as soon as I can telling you what to do (could be calling your provider).

Uninstall ANY reference to SAMP using "Add/Remove Programs" and reinstall SAMP 2.0 U1.

That is what helped me.

It removes it from the registry.

As Smey said, stop using the ugly font... I hate it when people use fonts on the forum for regular posting.

Just something really obvious, but are you placing a space between at the start of the IP when you add it?

Like:

 89.00.000.0:0000

You're not meant to do that if you have.. :P

Remove the space at the start if you have done it, if not, I can't help you.
