I've been to Germany two times, didn't get a good impression the first time or the second time. I don't like the german language either (I'm forced to learn it, myself).

Albania - 3/10, quite poor from what I've heard. Haven't been there myself though, maybe I have a false impression of the country.

Hamburg, Berlin, Lübeck, Rostock, Leipzig, Frankfurt to name a few.
FYI I've been in all of western europe and if I haven't been in a country or haven't done any research I will say so when rating a country. I also dislike Germany because of the colorful history it has (NOT the nazi part, not at all. More like being the bad guy of 4 countries at once)


Still a 3/10 for Germany, though.
