Laptop turns on for no apparent reason while in sleep mode

I've got a Dell XPS M1530 and every morning at 3am, if it's in sleep mode, it'll automatically turn on for no apparent reason.

Maybe you have some device connected, which tells computer to start up?
Check over USB devices settings and all others, maybe these can do something.
Some devices have setting in Device Manager under Power Management, which has "Allow device to wake up computer" checked.

Only thing that's connected is my standard optical mouse because I disconnect the AC, but I'll check out device manager.

Windows updates? if not set any different time, they take place at 3 am...

I set it to every Sunday at 6am so it should be fine now. ^^
