I dont have one single mod in my game yet i get this too. so it cant be that.

now im confused, should i download a cleav version without mods?

Yes that would be good mods have their problems this car mod you have is the biggest problem as the collisions will be outta sync. A car could be longer in mod and so the collision with another user can feck up I say yuo get rid of them
