CrazyImgEditor ! its the easyest shit ever.Open it,load gta3.img,press the add button and choose replace and extract existing (makes a backup),press re-build archieve,choose overwritte existing gta3.img file,wait,close the program and go enjoy the blood mod.I did it like that,and its a 100% easy success!
