Any ideas for ATCs: Make codes more simple, no all pilots know them, and force to giving permissions for landing/taking off.

After a talk with Charlie, i have now taken over control of "Argonath ATC Service". Charlie will be replying to this topic soon to verify that control has been handed to me.

Hopefully i can get the ATC Service back on track and fully up and running.
