Admins with big lvl read

Hey i can't belive this ,i am always a cop...but i got a problem with an admin called Lloyd_dragons....HE was on a building with another guy ,me and other cops asked for like 2 -3 times each of us to surrender,he was saying PIGGSS , fucking piggs, then  his friend helped him to escape , me and a cop chased him until he reached LV  and there his friend typed /kill i guess ;  we caught Lloyd_Dragons , he  fall down his bike , i get off my  bike and killed him ; he started to complain ,cause he wasan't fighting and i shouldn't shoot him,he said that i have to ask him again for surrender(he was close to kick me too)
How can this be , i tell him to surrender for 3-5 times (+other cops) and he reffuse , and when i caught him  he was complaing cause i didin't asked him again to surrender....i didin't wanted to chase him again .Anyway the chasing waste like 10 minutes...
And btw -he was armed too...if i wasan't asking him to surrender i would say he is right
But he is the ONLY ONE that complained about this (you know why ?Cause he is admin..and he thinks he is always right)...
I am not his enemy , but i want other admins to know how their "admin friends"are acting when they aren't there...lol..

U SHould Only Shoot when he shoots u, Use Guns as a last Option... and if he starts a chase again u should ask him to surrender too

Tho, Its not Like "Oh i Said Surrender NOW CAN I SHOOT HIM without problems" U Should not abuse "Surrender" Too.. too many cops just think if they said surrender they can just shoot..

Man i said surrender , for a lot of times , and he refuseddd !!!when  he fall off the bike , Me and the other cop stopped near him , and started to shoot him , he didin't moved cause he had no chance though , and he DIDin't said i surrender !And if i was stopping to write surrender - he could run again , and continue like that !he had weapons in his hands too !

Cops should use their weapon only as the last option, if nothing else helps. You should ask criminal to surrender as many times as possible.

You may open fire, if...:
- suspect doesn't drop his weapon after many requests
- approaches officer dangerously
- tries to escape

I was following him with the bike , he fall i stopped near him , and he was near bike with  the uzi in his hands , and we started to shoot him (he could try to escape , he didin't stopped the bike and get off , he hit somthing and fall !

You did NOT ask for surrender in the last half of the chase - you should ask for surrender all through the chase.

And he did not have an Uzi.

Hahah you were on his bike :
1 : i saw you had armor and almost full hp , when he jumped in air with the bike you fall dead (you typed /kill) in the next hop he fall off the bike , and he was thrown forward (you couldn't see that)and when he get up he had uzi in his hands , exactly when he stand up we started to shoot !
and i was to far away to ask /m (you were in my front but you were that far that i couldn't see your names so you couldn't hear ,when he jumped the first hop i reached near , enough to see his name but , i had to press Down arrow , to don't fall

He tried to jump over a little wall, the bike flew out of control - I had been wounded by a cop shooting me earlier, and when we hit the wall, the bike spun and I was thrown off. The impact killed me. He did NOT have an Uzi, because if he did, while he was riding the Uzi would have been pointed forward on the bike.

Man He had somthing in his hand a weapon , i remind there were too , it could pe pistol or deagle...i am not sure (the fact is he had weapons in his hands)and by the way he started to flame me for that , i did my job (why the other cop shooted too) ?why i am the only guilty ?

Because you abused your status as a cop by not asking for surrender before shooting.

1 i did not flame you i told you to ask surender next time when soem 1 stops and not mooving thats all not if the tocpik make dosent midn he lock it becoz i have a lot things to do

Man the flame will never end if we continue like this THe fact is i asked for a lot of times and i love to be a cop , i like to ask ppl and hope they will surrend , but he was saying PIGGSS stuff like that when i was saying :Everything you say it might be used vs you ,Surrender now ,i said for a lot of time , and the the end i didin't risked ok ?When he was down he could SAY SURRENDER in reallity -after they ask the suspects to surrender and they run and one of them fall of the bike ,they don't go near them to ask them again ,they shoot in leg or somthing or they point the gun at him and surround him  , but i can't point the gun at him and write in the same time , so he could run , and if i wasan't shooting,my cop mate would killed him we started to shoot in the same time
