In topic type your gangs name (make sure no one uses it already).
Write a story about your gang.
Add the members and some pictures.

Take a look at the other topics and get some ideas, make sure you don't copy something without asking for permission.

A tip.. might be easier to apply for a gang and not start one yourself, as I can see you are new and it might be hard.

im new on that server, i played in other server and i had a gang!i have a lots of friends and we start all together..so,we need to create my own!

As MrsSvensson said, apply for a gang instead of making one of your own.
Learn how the server works and so on.

Either create a gang or join a existing one, you will find many groups to choose from, learn the server well and you be accepted to one.

You will find that our community is very helpful and most people are more then willing to answer any and all questions you have. And if you do start a gang, I wish you the best of luck, and MrsS couldn't have put it any better, even had a link.
