I got a pretty nice suggestion:

You should break up the groups into types.


Example:

==MAFIAS==
Corleone Mafia
Stracci Family
Gvardia Mafia

==Triads/ Yakuza==
Araatus Yakuza
Crouching Tiger Triads

==Street Gangs==
Grove Street Families
EC Purple Saints
Cems Gang


Would be nice to arrange them so they know which mafia/gang they are.
