You won't get unbanned with such request.

You need to write your name in-game, time of unban (try an approximate time if you don't know when exactly), reason, and also, if you want to say something regarding the unban, say it but DO NOT flame or such...

post an proper Unban Request,with the name of the admin who banned you,the date(or time) and reason,like:

Banned By: Admin
Date or Time: 30 minutes ago
Reason: Deathmatch

There needs to be a good reason on why we should unban you.
