On this day, May 18th 2009 at 13:42 hours (Pacific Time), an investigation was unleashed to one "JEmerson" and his appearence in Argonath.
As Argonath is a free country, I will not go on to speak how I believe he has no intention on playing on the server except for the fact to disgrace and defame SASD, and just state my story.
JEmerson, also known as Jake Emerson, was formerly SASD/SACS "Chief" #201, originating back in 2008, just over a year ago. Four months ago in February, Mr. Emerson caused a major uproar in the group making dictator decisions and generally upsetting the members stating such as "I don't care if you guys like it or not, that's what is being done."
Mr. Emerson eventually, in anger, quit the group, uninstalled SA:MP, and stated that he was "giving up the group". To keep the close band of friends, I stepped forward, and Emerson gave me leadership of the group.
A month and a half later, we migrated to Argonath, for a more realistic game play, and now none of us play on the old server.
The beginning of May spelled the resurface of JEmerson.
JEmerson first came back on our old server, where I granted him Ventrilo access, and a temporary Deputy position, to give him a trial - and if he had changed, giving him leadership back. Despite my graces and good attitude, and the rejection of the current personnel, Mister Emerson began talking over SASD Administration, turning down orders, and starting arguments. Needless to say, we banned him from Ventrilo, and terminated him from SASD.
Mister Emerson was informed somewhere along the line of the Argonath server, and came over just to defame our group, steal back the SACS tag and take all the credit for his own.
JEmerson has also stated that the Argonath Administration has approved of his "[SACS]" tag and group ingame, despite the tag already being in use by another group, that has posted a formal subdivision thread over a month ago, although the subdivision is unofficial.
Mister Emerson has made false statements claiming decisions administration has never made, and is now moving to rule breaking to "get back" at previous Deputies. Evidence from a car dashboard camera captures Mister Emerson CarKilling two Deputies, and the conversation between Emerson and Ranger First Class Candyman, explaining his false claims of the administration.
The Sheriff's Division requests the following me done, and will also take to civil court;
- A Ban/TempBan on Emerson for the following: False Claims on Administration, Carkilling x2, and Defamation(Flaming) of a Group.
The following is the Evidence supporting the accusations formed against one, Jake Emerson.
