Except Stadium, Biker's Bar and FBI HQ, DC pretty much owns whole Downtown.

I got Hyman Condo ( the place with the helicopter on the roof )
Giant owns the meeting place, in the corner of Downtown, next to the Stadium.

Mervin owns the old Shack, which is between biker's bar and FBI HQ.
