What i mean is can i get banned for killing someone with a hit without RP? I take a chopper to a roof, take out my sniper and i see my target. I see my chance and i start to shoot, target dies now this is what i call a hit. I dont want to post an unbann request for deathmatching because i carried out a hit diffrent than someone else.

If the user just pulls a shotgun out of their *** like that, you have two options:
1. Report them for deathmatching.
2. Follow the self-defense laws.

They have no way of knowing that you are the hitman. That is why you need to be sneaky when roleplaying. If they just suddenly shoot you, they DM'ed you.

As for the sniper example, that could be justified as roleplayed if you were doing it as a concealed hit, meaning you didn't want anyone to see you actually kill him. Keep in mind, though...taking advantage of this situation can lead to admins getting quite angry, so make sure you intend this method to be done in a roleplay matter, rather than just as an easy way to kill someone without getting hurt.

I will try to only RP the hits from now on, but if it keeps failing and i have to report them for DM 8/10 times and i have a feeling i will have to that. Then i wont bother to even try rp my hits at all. I will take acreens and if i get some good pics i can post them here

Purposely not RP'ing because they DM you is not an excuse to carry out a hit without roleplay. As the rules state, all killings must be roleplayed out to be valid, else it's DM. Remember, one person rulebreaking does not justify another to do it back.

But it concerns me  when Admins tells me diffrent things. Why should i choose one admin over another. If do that then admin1 bans me, If do that then admin2 dont ban me.

That's why you need to let them know the manner you were roleplaying in so they understand that you followed through when the other player didn't. All they see is what happens in front of them when they get the report.

Yes, even that shows an effort to roleplay with them. At that point, they could hire a bodyguard or call the police to continue it further, unless you get to them first.

Abuse 2(Badge Abuse), a police officer randomly noticing a civilian alone, so he decides to stop him and beat him, confiscate his stuff, and injure him a bit and leave him.(Could be because of his race, his skin, his gender. No offense to anyone)

It depends on if he's roleplaying a corrupt cop, or just picking on players. Both can lead to copbans if caught, though. It just depends on whether the copban is for a RP corruption reason, or for a server rulebreak while on duty.

If a high ranked cop enters a house with suspects then he /exits after getting low hp and then he re-equips, does that counts as exit or script abuse?

High-ranked cop or not, he/she should not be re-equipping themselves when they /exit after low hp and then re-enters. That is against both SAPD and FBI policy. So, I guess you would count that as script abuse. It's giving an advantage to the high-ranking officer, while suspects inside are forced to sit there and not be able to replenish HP, etc.

Either way, it is not allowed.

It has a long pause due to lack of time... Besides it we are looking for a good animator - the guy who can adjust 3d models to the animation (work with skeleton)... We do have animations, models and buildings...

If things will be better and more time, with the good animator, Hand Of Law will go better...
