Alright so like I said , we can keep current policy and expect a miracle of years of donations to keep it running. Anyone with a little logic realises due to advancement of tech as well as games less and less people stay on samp ivmp vicemp etc , making even less people as well as newcomers that are potential donors.
Poke doesnt give a fk about it dying and doesnt want to help argonath to stay up it seems for as long as it is possible.

these so-called "host problems" are a warning sign that argo aint survive any longer on this policy cus nobody donates any damn more. Unless someone of you wants to keep a host server in his home 24/7 running bills up and not getting paid back by any1 in community for its upkeep

The only thing I would  add as a purchasable feature on SAMP, that would actually have a point in paying, yet not giving advantage comparing to other players, is second account.

With strict rules of usage.

Make paid server features like special bonuses when doing jobs, less weed growing time.
faster game rhl evading times etc.

Many will pay for premium servers, 1440eu wont be donated for nothing.

So I suggest in my case for IV:MP, few example:

1- Emergancy+ donator , earn 2x cash when doing fireman and medic mission. cost: 40eu
2- Dealership+ donator , earn 1.5x more profits upon sales. cost: 60eu
3- officer+ donator , earn 2x cash upon killing suspects or jailing them, cost: 40eu
[each higher number inherits previous features]
4- Drugsdealer+ donator+ 0.5x bonus , weed harvesting time is 0.5min, next weed growing time 2.5min . cost: 10eu
5- Smuggler+ donator,1.0x bonus no weed harvesting and growing times, cost 25eu
6- Gangster+ donator, 1.5x bonus 1kg free cannabis daily 24hours cooldown timer , cost 50eu
7- Criminal+ donator, 2x bonus ,no suspection for weed, harvesting and growing + free daily armor, cost 100eu.
