The only thing I would  add as a purchasable feature on SAMP, that would actually have a point in paying, yet not giving advantage comparing to other players, is second account.

Nah, no influence. They always played IV:MP regularly till they realized they couldn't do what they wanted. I guess they're just bored and they need one of those fantastic features of last 10 years called pay2win.

If p2p is the solution then people should accept it to keep the server alive, and not to be derived by their ego and own willing of things.

What the puck is this lol, how can anyone but Gandalf know how much money he has and can he or cant keep paying to hosts and such things, he made his opinion about donations very clear.

Till Gandalf come and says help me pay the bills its clear its a voluntary thing.

The reason for current down time issue is not clear to all, but what is clear is that Teddy is working on fixing it.

All assumptions that the down time is related to not paid bills are just speculation at best.

Also, i can say for 100% that no report to Managers about staff abuse has been ignored, you can believe what you wish IVMP HQ is not ignoring its players. I have been present or informed of many reports about staff and even been warned once for my own actions when i left some blocks on a busy road. If you feel abused by any player (staff included) pming senate or dino will deliver your report in right hands.

If you read what i suggested, its just bonuses.
Nothing special.
You pay for something, you get something.
You continue playing more and more because you know that you put money into the server, you wont be abandoning it anytime soon.
Most thing I hate is seeing that people who built empires and got lots of cash dont want to have people compete with them and want them to follow the same path they took.

Thats just so selfish , you think about p2p most of in-game process , whats going to happen and how you will be affected.

You DONT GET the bigger picture that the Server is falling down, less number of players, more downtimes.

You simply want to the the same old policy, if you think to change things to a better way, believe me it will.
All items in-game are simply codes so nothing is being consumed.
But because it can affect you and your Roleplay, or simply because you cant pay.
You'd rather see the server die than stand up and help it.
