No, not at all, I know people from 10 that are better role-players than people from 07-08.
But theoretically someone who has played for 1 week obviously has low role-play experience unless he's been playing on another RPG server.
Now if they have been playing on another RPG server, they clearly do not have limited role-playing experience.
