Jesus christ.

I have backup files on my C:/Backup but when I start up my laptop its shows the text: "Bootmrg is missing".
Since I bought this laptop recently I got no Windows 7 CD supplied. Which is new as you can see.

How to solve this problem? Most likely without I lose all my files.
Because many files, most likely photoshop files, are not backupped. Or they are backupped on my C:/backup but who knows that will not be formatted when I attempt to install windows again.

Any suggestions?

What brand is the laptop? Most manufacturers supply a recovery section on the HDD whereby you are able to repair your existing W7 installation.

Luciano- The biggest manufacturers don't give out a CD, you'll need to burn it yourself.
I'm sure a window came up everytime you started the computer asking you to burn a CD.

What you can do is to grab it from a website, maybe through a [TOR]mented [R]ich [ENT]ity.
I remember I was in the same seat as you, but can't remember what I did  :/
