Second. Every time i need to ask on channel ''Can i join in RP guys?" I think that higher ranks should call Trials and others im not some random guy i was a Trial member, but Gavino was the only who ask me to come with him if i have time.

If you are a trial of the family, you should join the RP by your self, you dont need to ask them for premission. That's the whole idea of trial.

Nobody should have to 'call' you to a role play, if you are lazy enough not to go out there and neither create it yourself nor have the ability to understand that people do not come online to go AFK. If you are stupid enough not to know that you have to be proactive in this family, especially as a trial trying to prove himself then you were in the wrong one, I'm afraid.

What's the point of waiting to get called? You go on and start a RP by your self, And if it turns out to be nice, Call more people.
You don't need to sit in your house and wait for a PM or phone call regarding a Roleplay.
