PS: Wash FYI the 2.0 Inline 6 used in the E46 merely produces 150 PS (110 kW; 148 bhp) and 140 lb/ft (190 N/m) and that's all mostly at the top end so no high gear cruising for you. Good effort though 

PPS: I do believe you said you had a 318 which would indeed mean you have a 4 cyl with (at best) 143 PS(105 kW;141 bhp) and 148 lb/ft (201 N/m). Shit gets better and better!
