If you would be smart enough you wouldn't give the cash away before telling him the rules and means of loan, then taking screens in order to sue him if he rips you off.
Even if he 'scammed' you, it isn't a real reason to kick him out of CM since it's like a robbery, just without guns and less honor.

Okay, here's what happened. I was gambling. I got out of money. Alireza was there and I asked him if he can give me 10k, BUT NOT as a loan. He sent me 10k. I gambled it and lost it. Then he asked for money back. I told him I don't have any (My bank and cash in my hands are 0$). Then he started raging. He started shooting me. Then I got a gun from SergioSforza so I could defend (Ask him what happened, I think he can confirm what I have said). I shot him in self defense, as he took fair amount of my HP. Then he started running and ran away. Then he started spamming my PM how Alonso is his friend irl, and how I will get kicked from Corleone. Basically, I did nothing wrong. It wasn't a loan. I shot him because otherwise I would've died. I haven't got any screenshots, but if he does, he's free to show them.

Like I said before, ask SergioSforza about it as he saw the whole thing.

Not exactly. I said I don't have any money. I specifically said that I don't want it as a loan before you gave me the money. After that you just started shooting me. Also, please drop the discussion and discuss with Alonso, this isn't the right place for it.
