 Every single kick I gave was consulted with the rest of A team, including Alonso,which I do not really need to do but I've always do it, beilive it or not we have a superb communication and co-operation. I've asked him almost everytime before doing any of my actions toward your people, just like he asked me, I also let the rest of A team take care of any 'returners' from Our side, excatly for those 'biased' reasons you're talking about, or I instruct them via cb to get the hell out of there, same like Alonso did with some of you guys so we wouldn't need to constantly kick people. I would rather talk and instruct players, then take formal punishment againt them, that's my style.

You're more then aware of this fact, since you do remember how I reacted when your members reported each other for DM.

There was more then 5 Moderators/Admins watching everything from the start, not only Me and Alonso, how come none of them didn't react? Cause there wasn't anything they should react, except the things that got punished. I even got told on admin chat, that some people I shouldn't have kicked, but let admins tempban/ban them.


I definitly didn't come to provoke, you can see that Im the one being provoked first on mine topic, and then on yours.
As for the 'defeated' I wont comment, since that's yours and mine subjective opinion, bottom line we had over 12-13 people left alive, you had Richard who left, and Steve who also crashed with his low hp.

Not a single Gvardia associate returned after death and engaged your side, from all the people, only Toto was cought driving close to you without any engangment and he was told to leave, so don't generalize things, and accuse based on nothing. You were spaming the /p chat that Carlo Ancelotti returned, until an admin made a clear announcement he didn't. I can mention more then 2-3 people on the other hand who didn't got kicked but aided from your side, but I didn't punish them, yet again told Alonso about it.

I've also saw when Richard got killed by a car droven by Kyle while he was runing away from our people, and I didn't stop him from joining  the war back, nor did I kicked Kyle, cause he was aiding Richard, although he already died. This is just an example of what am I talking about.


So what ever you think of me as a Moderator, or me personelly, I hope your objective side realise  that you prejudged me alot, which is normal since you weren't informed about all the facts, yet only things you saw.

Would like to make two things clear, First, I never died, All I remember was login in while Daniel was in LV, I rushed to change name and came to join the war. And its a fact I was and I still am alive, I haven't died since yesterday, I may not be a good shooter or a pro killer but I'm good at surviving and having people next to me survive. I go days without dying to be honest, And I'm sure the logs can prove that. In addition I throw a word, Prove it that I died and I'll do anything you say, its my promise. However Toto as you stated did pm me to ''STOP!'' which I replied to ''what?'' and he answered ''Stop driving around'' which I lol'd at if that's how your members kill people, telling them to stop so they can kill them which I'm afraid they still wouldn't be able to do.

You couldn't kill me In Game so you thought of having the dream of killing me to satisfy yourself? 

Second, I wasn't even driving a car how the heck could I kill Richard via driving a car over him, At the time of aiding Rich I was on my NRG which  I picked from my house after abandoning my Infernus. I was riding the bike and Richard was sitting behind, and as we know the lag these days, It was one of the kills from the server side. Which happen often on an NRG.

A note to you about spectating us btw, You may spectate like a god from above, But I have better sources than the god does, Claiming 12 of you were alive? Not really, My sources confirmed that only 6 of you were alive, Which were , Indeed Carlo Ancelotti, Bruce Akira, and few of them Sopranos and random people you paid to be on your side. Believe it or not, I get the info before even the thought of it comes to your mind, Every move of yours, every step. Thats my job and its a fact. From the Corleone side Only me and Richard were left alive, Rich as proved died by a bug which doesn't count and I'm still alive which logs can prove. All of the Gvardia members died btw, The entire Gvardia family was killed.
