I don't get it that everyone always goes to Amsterdam, in The hague we have enough coffeeshops and Rotterdam too...
Btw, probably in some time you can't get weed in Holland no more from the coffeeshops, they are planning to bring in weedcards and you can only buy weed with a card.
And only Dutch citizen get a card which allowes you to get 5 grams max.

They told me on the radio (Radio 538, I'm Dutch) that it is already being in use, only not in Brabant and Limburg.

So, yeah... Amsterdam is popular because of the Sex museum etc.

I was witness at this thing.First its allowed to shoot if you make it in a RP way.As in your case Roy tried to rob you.In real life if someone threats you that he will kill you if you don't give him your money what would you do? He didn't just came and shoot you when you tried to run, he warned you several times.
Anyway this might been a RP force from Roy,but you could told him OOC that you don't want to make RP.
Roy did not deathmatch and didn't broke any rule.
